Location great, accomodations can use some work
Location - Great location. You can't beat this location in terms of proximity to Walt Disney World's parks. It felt closer and faster than the times we stayed at certain on-property resorts, eg. Coronado Springs, Port Orleans Riverside. The property is located very close to the intersection of Polynesian Isle Blvd and West Osceola Pkwy.
Neighborhood and safety - The neighborhood can be noisy at night. We heard automatic firearms twice in one night, which was alarming.
The accommodations could use some deep cleaning. There was a musty stench in the house during our trip. The sheets were pilled, so I'd suggest bringing your own sheets if you book here. The showers could use recaulking and bleaching, and appropriate length shower curtains.
I'd recommend this spot if you need a reasonably-priced place to crash in between long days at the parks. If you are looking for a resort-like experience, I wouldn't recommend this place for the reasons described above.
