Everything was as listed , food within walking distance only thing the 2md day the elevator was broken but it was fixed before I checked out was worried about that didn't want to lug luggage and a baby up and down the stairs.Just something to keep and eye out on

Someone stole my food out of my fridge in my room I was very upset had them change my room the first room they gave me the key someone was in there sleeping I walked in so I had to walk back to the desk for another room I then ended my stay earlier then I was supposed to because of the situation at hand never again I was not accommodated

No breakfast offered. I was over charged by the hotel. Even after I showed my email receipt from hotels.com they refused to honor it and said I owed over the remaining balance of $91.18. I was charged the additional $30.39.

Riom was clean. Staff, housekeeping qas excellent. Parking good. Grounds was clean. My phone wasn't working the whole stay and front doir wasn't locking but it was fixed immediately. Tv picture was kindda dark and remote wouldn't fix it. I would stay there again.

The staff was fine although I had minimal interactions with them, and the room was fairly clean. There was dust and debris here and there. The TV didn’t work, there was rust on just about every metal fixture, and the tub looked rough. The beds were pretty worn in. Both sides dipped significantly. I felt like I had to sleep in the middle of the bed if I didn’t want to roll off of it. My biggest problem with my room was the false advertising. My room looked nothing like the photos. They either photoshopped the photos a lot or they really staged up a room and took photos. Everything in my room was very old. That wouldn’t bother me quite so much if I knew that’s what I was getting in the first place. False advertising sets high expectations and low satisfaction. I will not be staying here again.

Room was big and clean. We had paid for a king bed but Hotels.com didn't pass along my note that I'm disabled so they gave a room on the 3rd floor! As soon as I found out, I told the front desk and they changed me to a 1st floor with 2 queen beds. Very nice person on the front desk.
