I didn't like the part of the property in which I stayed. We stayed in building two. It had mold on the lamp shade in or 1st room. My family and I had two be moved to two additional rooms because of the ac/ not working and then the toilet running constantly this point I was ready to checkout and find a different place to stay. PBX wasn't very accommodating . The property maintenance technique was the most helpful with the change and getting a new room. I have stayed at many different hotel and this is by far the one i will not return to.

I like that there was something for everyone to do. From 1 years old to 65 years. Very clean and staff was welcoming and friendly. I loved that we were only about 10/15 mins away from Disney and sea world and only any hour away from the ocean and only 5 mins for things to do and places to eat. We will be back!

It was a great stay. Our room had the adjoining door and it was paper thin. The room next to us was having a party and dancing and loud music and yelling all ours of the night and we could hear them clear as day. We called security and they were very prompt in dealing with the situation.

Very pleased with our Room,Very Clean,Great view of the Pool from the balcony! It was quiet & Peaceful! Conveniently located to all of the Disney Parks,Universal parks,Discovery cove and 1 hour from Cocoa Beach!!! There wasn’t anything that I could complain about!!

Enjoyed my stay here, my only negative comment would be that the units in building four need to be upgraded. Cupboards and appliances were dated. Otherwise it was very good. Very clean and the pools were lovely.

Overall was a good place. Daily resort fees seem little bit excessive to me. And smell of sanitizers is little bit overwhelming when you enter the building but I understand that it is necessary to keep the place free of bugs. Also, if they can find a way to sanitize the utensils for newcomer that will be great.
