Great stay with minor issues

We were there for Disney World. We had a great time there! The suite was beautiful! Lots of room for a family of six. The only issue I had was the noise related to traffic. We stayed in room 30324 which had a street view. Between cars of guests and maintenance workers in loud golf cars (at all times of the night) sleeping was stressful at times. It would also be nice to make to make rent golf and or bikes to get around your vast property. I also recommend more handicap parking spaces. We really enjoyed our stay at Mystic Dunes. The location is very convenient for Disney with a grocery and coffee shop close by. The condo is large enough for our family and very comfortable. This was a great place to stay and we will definitely choose it again in the future.

The property on the outside was nice. I really liked the activities that they had to do for families. The room on the other hand could have been better. When we checked in, the room we were supposed to be in was not done yet. Now I did check in early, but when I went back at 4 when it was supposed to be ready I was told they hadn't even started cleaning it yet. So I was placed in another room which I had to call for three different issues. For a broken drain in the bathroom, to a stove that was not working, and the topper was a cockroach crawling on the floor. The room appeared to be one of the older ones because their were loose tiles throughout the place. I would like to stay there again but will be hesitant if they do not fix those issues.

Takes about 30 min to check in. 4:00 check in is not accurate. Couldnt get into my room until 6 was told 4:00 check in is not guaranteed. Rooms were nice and clean beds were comfortable

Had a great stay during March Break 2025. Resort is huge, but doesn’t seem overly crowded due to the size. We were in building 32 which was nice and modern. Pools were great, kids loved the Dunes Pool. Shout out to Johnny Rodriguez for the golf cart rides! Activities Center needs to stay open later than 7pm, this was frustrating for evening activities. More pools need to be open later, not just the Dunes pool, which is open till 10pm. And you need wayyy more lounge chairs! We had to get chairs by 8am or wouldn’t get a seat. Overall great spot. Very clean, staff very friendly. Would definitely return.
