Beautiful property, impeccably furnished and looks like the picture...sort of. For a home of this scale, I definitely expected more. While the home was very nice, the photos of the outdoor space in the listing are slightly misleading. The outdoor fireplace and outdoor projector were both not working. Management never fixed the projector and when alerted, had the nerve to tell me that the fireplace was a "decorative item," when there is clearly an on/off switch right beside it. Also, your booking confirmation will be followed by an email with a list of a-la-carte charges, so be prepared to pay $300 extra to heat the pool, and even more if you would like the home cleaned every few days. The pool heater cannot heat the jacuzzi and the pool at the same time, so you'll have to choose which feature is more important. We ended up with a decent pool temperature, but a cold jacuzzi. Overall, for a non-refundable stay of this size and price point, it's fair for guests to expect EVERYTHING displayed in the photos to be either fully operational or clearly itemized as "out of order" or "for additional cost" in the listing. Again, beautiful home, but lacking in the details.

AMAZING home!
We vacationed at this home with three families, each with small children and the experience was amazing. Every detail of the home exceeded our expectations. Our children are still talking about how much they loved it. We very much appreciated the pool alarm for safety and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. We were close enough to the parks yet far enough away from the hubbub to have a peaceful trip. We will definitely be back!
