This property was great for our vacation in February. Plenty of space for our family and a great location. There were only a few things that could use improvement. In order to get the key code for the front door you need to ring the doorbell camera and wait for the owner to speak through the doorbell to give you the code. Would have been totally fine if the owner was there to answer. We had driven to FL from NH and bathrooms were desperately needed when we arrived. I messaged the host about a 1/2 hour before we arrived in hopes that they would be available with the code. We arrived and still had to wait 10-15 minutes to get a response. The other improvement has to do with the pool. In order to heat the pool you needed to make prior arrangements, pay an extra fee, and have the pool heated for a minimum of 3 days. I would suggest just adding the fee into the initial cost so there isn’t confusion. By the time I realized the stipulations for the pool I had already booked our park days and we wouldn’t be around to use the pool 3 days in a row. My New England children didn’t care but I imagine if you are used to warm weather and/or expect a heated pool it would be a shock.
