Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 6 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund.

We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal.

There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.

Please note that our home does have exterior cameras.

We require a $1 security hold that will be released the day after check-out.

This home is absolutely beautiful and each detail is thought out. The outdoor patio area we enjoyed each night and the mattress in the master bedroom is so comfortable! It is within walking distance to Old Town / Fun spot and made for a fun night without having to tackle traffic. We will visit again!

I stayed for one week with my family and sadly was not able to use any of the pool facilities but from check in to check out everything was great. The apartment was very clean and well laid out. The guidebook on things to do in the area was helpful. The apartment was a nice quiet place to come back to after a long day.
