The contemporary kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, pendant lighting, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The open floor plan flows into the great room, where a sofa, love seat, and large wall-mounted flat-screen TV provide the perfect spot to relax after a day at the parks. A formal dining area comfortably seats six, and the home includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

Downstairs, a guest suite offers a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. Step outside to your private splash pool, ideal for cooling off or enjoying the Florida sun. Upstairs, you’ll find a king suite and two bunk bedrooms (each with a full/twin combination), perfect for kids or additional guests. Storey Retreat combines style, convenience, and comfort for an unforgettable vacation.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

My family spent the weekend in this villa and enjoyed it. Nicely decorated and plenty of space for all 6 of us. We enjoyed the resort amenities and spent a lot of time in the private pool on the back porch. Minor issues with instructions but that could have been on me and they communicated right away and resent the info the following day. Since I didn't have the instructions beforehand, I didn't realize we needed to bring pretty much everything since they don't provide very much. There is a Target pretty close by you can buy all of your essentials. We would stay here again if we came to the area.
