THEY HAD 2 HANDICAP PARKING AND THE SIGNS WERE HIDDEN BY TREES. THE ROAD THEY WERE ON ONLY HAD ONE ENTRANCE BY OUR BUILDING AND HAD A SIGN THAT SAYS "DO NOT ENTER". THE HOTEL RESTAURANTS CHARGE 13 DOLLARS FOR A 6 OZ MARGARITA!!!

The property was great to stay at, there was housekeeping every day with fresh linen and the beds made for us. The lounge areas were clean and the scenery was pretty and relaxing. The pools were open daily and the staff were nice enough, friendly and accompanied.

Disappointed by my third visit here

This was my third stay and not my best stay. I came for business but brought my family so they could enjoy the perks of the resort. Pool closed at 10 which did not work with our road trip schedule upon arrival. I paid extra for a pool view because I wanted my kids to enjoy the view I had the last visit. First, the person checking me in gave me no view. I caught it and then they said they took care of me. I ended up with a view of the small hot tub at the back. This is not a pool view. Also, they talked up a $25 spending credit for each day. I used it and was then charged a destination fee. They also charge a parking fee for every day. Then they charge a resort fee for every day. So, don't be fooled by a low hotel price online because this hotel is the king of hidden fees. I will not return.

Had problems with TV control that did not change channels.Got solved after 4 calls and 1 hour wait .At Midnight,I was trying to turn off because I couldn’t sleep with the Tv lights that brightens and dims on and off.That TV control didn’t work again.Was not able to sleep.it’s not good for a retiree specially when you want to have a good vacation night.

The hotel was very nice no problem with that. Except for one night very very noisy from upstair guest maby next time i will definitely not stay on bottom floor got no sleep!!

From the room they never answered room service or any other extension, was always busy..we tried many times. Also we asked in person to leave 2 blankets at the room and they said ok but never arrived.
