I came to check into the hotel with my children and my husband, we arrived after the normal check in time to a 24 hour front desk with check in time cut off at 6am. We arrived around 2 am due to unexpected delays, with no one at the front desk we were unable to check in for over an hour. A printed paper was left on the top of the counter that read, the front desk clerk would be back shortly, my car ran for over an hour in the parking lot so my kids didn’t have to sit outside in the middle of the night, in Orlando. when the clerk returned she stated she had to go to the bathroom and help other guests.., i asked the front desk clerk if they were able to issue a refund due to the inconvenience. We were told that we had to wait till the general manager got to work for anything to be done. So after I got the kids in the room and settled I tried to turn the tv on & you guested it the remote batteries are DEAD! I went to the front desk to try to get some batteries and I kid you not the front desk clerk was NOT there. I wish this was not the experience my family and I had with this hotel but unfortunately it is. I truly hope they are able to make this right for my family and myself. And hopefully get housekeeping to check the remotes ! And if there’s only one front desk clerk working and they’re doing other things on the property, they should at least have a phone on them that rings the front desk number, so this doesn’t happen This was a really a huge inconvenience, all together.

Hotel is good and staff are good. However they overcharged me without explanation. Also I realized they charged my credit card the night I checked in, then they cancelled it, then charged me back the day we checked out. It should have been fine if the credit card was in US dollars. However, my credit card is Canadian and I got charged currency conversion. The hotel should pay for that!!

Room had carpet stains, housekeeping only provided 3 towels each day for 4 people. The breakfast was good. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again for the price and location.

This was our third stay at the Best Western Plus on Polynesian Isle Blvd in just the past few weeks, and once again it did not disappoint. Bertha and Alex at the front desk were truly outstanding during each of our stays. They were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference and kept us coming back. The property is conveniently located close to the Disney parks and surrounded by great shopping and dining options, making it an easy and practical place to stay. Both the room and the overall property were clean and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were clean and relaxing after long days at the parks. Consistency matters, and this hotel has delivered that for us multiple times. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

My two daughters and I booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed was very dirty, the mattress had no more foam, and when lying down at night I could feel the springs in my back, and it also made a lot of noise. To top it off, there wasn't a spare blanket in the room. I asked at the reception and they informed me that they didn't have one to give me. In short, I slept without a blanket, I was cold, the sofa bed was horrible, and the room and bathroom were very dirty. I hope I never have to stay here again.

Para una estadía de 8 noches, viaje familiar el hotel me pareció muy buena opción. Buena ubicación, cerca de restaurantes, parques temáticos, y lugares para comprar, precio razonable,. Exc atención del staff, y las damas qye sirven desayuno. Todos los días nos cambiaron paños y dieron articulos de higuiene. Siempre hubo agua caliente. En realidad podrían mejorar opciones de proteínas y variedad en el desayuno. Pero por el resto, lo recomiendo y cln gusto volvería.
