Excelente don de servicio!! ENG: The lady who cooks (Patricia) is very service-oriented, concerned with making sure everyone feels comfortable with their breakfast. I didn't like the surprise $75 deposit when I got there. That being said, the place was clean, neat, and in a good area. Lots of places to eat nearby. Breakfast was awesome. Lots of choices including a pancake machine!! I would definitely stay there again.

I LOVED this stay. I was skeptical at first but the cleanliness is top notch. Great breakfast with everything that was needed. The pool had a very decent size and everything that we needed was there. You can tell it was renovated recently and the staff is amazing in keeping this property tidy.

The pool wasn't the cleanest. It had bugs and leaves floating around. The management did have it cleaned by the second day of our stay. The guests constantly left trash in the hallways by the elevators and it isn't cleaned up until later in the day. There was no game room as stated on the website. It seems they are undergoing some renovations. Really not a bad hotel. The staff was very friendly. This was our second stay at this location and we'd probably stay again.

No baby cribs juices and drinks at breakfast all taste like chemical no water Mold everywhere rooms have strong smell and not cleaned had old food and bags in drawers huge cockroach in bathroom had to change rooms multiple times thank goodness we were doing Disney parks and barely at hotel….when checking out they charge you an additional $7 something a day when questioned they couldn’t explain and said he couldn’t refund it but manager was on her way and would refund it and I could wait…I waited 2 hours and she still never showed then he said he would take my email and send me a receipt when she showed I am still waiting day later don’t stay here

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When we arrived at around 11:00 pm, we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for someone to show up at the reception. The entire property looked old and poorly maintained, with dirty carpets, rusty looking doorknobs and strange-smelling hallways. When we entered the room, the smell was terrible, it smelled like mold. The bathroom floor was loose, the furniture was dirty and I haven't even gotten to the worst of it yet, I killed two cockroaches, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. I was staying for two days, I requested a refund because we wanted to leave but the hotel refused to refund us. The receptionist, in an attempt to solve the problem (he was helpful at least) offered us, as they said, the best room in the hotel and said he would send pest control to check the old room. We moved to the new room, the smell wasn't as bad as the first one but it still smelled bad. All of us, my wife, two daughters and I had allergies because of the smell/dust. The elevators were an adventure in themselves, it was a test for the Hollywood Studios Tower of Terror, the lights flickered and the elevator went up and down shaking, my wife screamed a few times. The breakfast was reasonable. What left me with a huge doubt and very worried, with the hotel and also with Expedia were the reviews, they were good but in no way matched reality, makes me believe that they are fake, which makes me wonder how Expedia validates these reviews.
