Hotel was okay for the most part. We never could get our water hot. It was barely warm. Our towels and toilet paper rolls were changed each night but our bedding was never once changed. We learned upon check out that if we wanted our beds changed we needed to ask for full service however this was never told to us. Upon arriving back at the hotel from Disney at 11 pm we realized our door was open. Come to find out room service had been in our room at 2:45 and left the door open. We brought this to the attention of the front desk worker who was ever helpful and came to look at the door himself. He was supposed to get in touch with the manager. As of right now we are still awaiting response from the manager. I rated the area around the hotel poorly because the street was lined with a religious group nightly they met in want seemed to be a dilapidated building which made my family and I feel uneasy.
