Disney parks are only 4 miles away. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shopping, entertainment are also close by.

After a day in the parks or shopping, relax in the Compass Bay Community heated pool (just 5 mins walking), take a drink or prepare a barbecue in the patio area while enjoying the lake view!

The whole house was clean and stocked with basic items. Laundry room was conveniently located upstairs close to the bedrooms. The only problem we had was the tv in the master bedroom would keep turning itself on in the middle of the night and wake us up, we had to unplug to get it to stop. My family enjoyed being greeted by the ducks in the mornings.

The home was super clean, and very nicely furnished and decorated. It was spacious and suited our family of five very well for our two-week stay. We loved the view of the pond and the ducks in the backyard Alfredo responded to our messages promptly. The only issue we had was a problem with the internet connection, or the lack of it for almost a week.

Can't beat the location

We enjoyed our stay at the property! Alfredo was so communicative and answered any questions or concerns we had. It didn't take more than a few hours to hear back from him. There was a pack n play and high chair at the property, which was great for our toddlers. There were a few bugs spotted which is why I docked a star, but that might just be Florida for ya. The house was really clean otherwise, and the location was the absolute best. It didn't take us longer than 15-20 minutes to get to Disney World, 10-15 minutes to Disney Springs, 30 minutes to Universal, and 20 minutes to Sea World. There's a Walmart right across the street along with great places to eat if you want to avoid theme park food prices. As a heads up, the beds are firm and there weren't a lot of toiletries there. We didn't run out of toilet paper, but the shampoo provided wasn't enough to last a week. Nothing to complain about more as an FYI. We didn't have any problems getting into the home and liked that it had a gated entrance. All in all, I would totally stay here again!

This property is perfectly situated to Disney, only about ten minutes away. It is spacious, clean, and well maintained. Alfredo provides you detailed information about the property prior to your arrival, and reminders before check out. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores. His property was perfect for our quick stay!
