Our room was separate from resort area… it was located across a busy street. Impossible to cross with little kids. The neighbors were smoking at our door. We could hear the next door neighbor as they were inside the apartment. All amenities were in really bad shape… broken stuff, tub wasn’t working, tv bad quality, our room view was to a dumpster. Closest pool was really cold. There was a guy that looks on drugs and homeless walking in the facility when I was taking my child to the pool.

The stay was good. The walls are a little thin, so you can slightly hear each other. My only gripe were the beds. They were very springy especially if youre sharing a bed with someone, it was hard to sleep. We didnt get to use the resort since we only stayed one night. The staff was nice and the area was clean. Its just outdated. Overall Average stay.

We stayed in a mini suite and it was the perfect size for our family of 4. I love that there was multiple pools on the property so we had different ones to choose from. Rooms were very spacious and super clean. The staff was always very friendly and the drinks at the bar were also refreshing

Review The unit I was in was very dated. As if it was an old converted time share condo. Even with the AC on the air was damp. The AC vents had mold on them. The whole unit reeked of old, stale, saturated cigarette smoke. It was soaked into the lamp shades, curtains, and walls. The paint scheme was brown and tan. Porcelain and tile were chipped and broken. The jacuzzi tub was set in a dark alcove and uninviting. The lighting used was cool white LED which gave the whole unit a cold sterile feel. The whole property felt off. As if it was trying to be something it was not. As if the company bought old Florida timeshare condos and slapped a coat of paint on them and labeled it as a “resort”. However, I was offered to be moved to a two level townhouse, but being a solo traveler, it felt like a waste of space that a family should enjoy. I stayed only a few hours before checking out due to it messing with my sinuses and lungs. No refund is offered at this property so I had to eat the cost. I would not recommend unless you are a large family on a tight budget and don’t mind old cigarette smoke smell.

Horrendous. Expedia sold us a dump. We gave stayed at dinner very average places, but we've never been to a resort where we felt we absolutely couldn't stay. We left after ten minutes. Expedia played games with us and passed the buck to the front desk who in turned passed it back. We leaned two things. Sadly no the bad reviews are accurate and the third party booking agency left is high and dry. Avoid!

this room was disgusting very bad small like it was fumigated also very old and dirty room the master bath tubs was clothed and dirty, at least this room U 220 needs to be remodel ASAP, will never recommend this room to anybody.
