Comfort of home

Taking a friend to airport early and decided to overnight in Orlando, as I live about 2 hours from the airport. Decided with this place we would have all the comforts of home and our own rooms, so we don’t have to hear each other snore. Only about 30 minutes from the airport and had a wonderful stay. I would stay here again. The only complaint is the TV’s didn’t have any channels to watch.

No water in shower

Disappointed that we couldn’t bathe. Water spigot didn’t work. Also no wash cloths or hand towels. Clean place but poor maintenance. This should have been caught and remedied before we arrived.

Old, dirty, and outdated!

We have stayed at this brand hotel before and booking it knowing it was a VIP property on Hotels.com we were extremely disappointed. The room was so old and outdated, smelled like mold and cigarettes. The furniture was older than us in our 40’s and the bedroom looked like a bad 70’s XXX film. The air conditioning was loud and smelled like burning when it turned on, the curtains didn’t fully cover out the light at night. Absolutely awful, will never stay here again!
