This brand-new luxury pool home with jacuzzi sleeps up to 26 people with every comfort and occupies an enviable south facing water view aspect maximizing the outdoor Florida lifestyle which visitors enjoy the most. Located minutes from the Orlando major theme parks, restaurants, shops and grocery stores, this home boasts all the benefits of modern resort living with beautiful spacious accommodation for larger families and groups. The home includes a ground floor open plan living space with kitchen, large breakfast island, and dining/lounging areas all opening out onto the pool deck which provides a full range of patio furniture and a free grill for outdoor cooking. Double sets of stainless-steel appliances provide every convenience (washers, dryers, fridge/freezers and dishwashers), an oversize stove and microwave. Also, on the ground floor you will find four master bedroom suites, and a half bathroom serving the home and pool. Upstairs there is a large loft area with TV, a further six master bedroom suites, a bedroom with two queen size beds and a further bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (these two bedrooms share their own bathroom). All adult bedrooms have TVs. As this is a newly constructed home there is some minor ongoing construction in the immediate area, none of which impedes on the home itself.  Use of all resort amenities including a community pool, kids splash zone, fitness room, kids play area and clubhouse facilities. Free hi-speed WiFi is included and there is a desk area inside the home. This home is professionally managed 24/7 for peace of mind while you stay. strictly non-smoking. We had a group of 24, the space and house was great for the most part. The manager was very responsive to the concerns we had about the dishwasher and bathroom sink. The carpeted areas looked partly vacuumed, still dirty upon arrival. While buried in the house description parking is limited to five cars with very little overflow parking. You cannot park at the pool house, there is a gravel lot beside there with minimal parking. The development is huge and hard to house 24 people with 5 vehicles when it’s multiple families going in different directions. The game room is in the garage, not stated in description, which also takes away 2 parking spots. The noise from other houses was uncomfortable and disturbing, never heard so much yelling and screaming! Because there are so many homes there was always a line to get into the one gate, you could not use the gate code at the other gate. The pond behind the house and in between the homes harbored a good bit of trash. Trash bin is very broken. Overall the HOA is the issue for this house.

Terrible experience

The whole house needs repairs, first big terrible problem we found is the pool was cloudy and dirty and not safe for the kids to swim, we booked 2 nights and we waited the first night all day no body came to clean the pool and the 2nd night at noon they send a team who added some chemicals and advised to wait 1 hour and then use it and the pool was still cloudy and dirty nothing changed, the kids were very upset about it because we ruined their vacation, plus all the sheets and the towels were dirty and we tried to wash everything we need to use, the Bunk beds in the kids room are totally damaged, most of the handles i. This house are broken and loose, we kept finding every minute something damaged and i kept noticing this in a message between me and the management and nothing happened by the end. Honestly all the family and the kids had a very terrible experience.

Noisy Neighborhood

Overall it suited our needs. If you have a large group and want plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, then it's great. There was not enough seating for our group of of 18 unless someone wanted to sit outside. The furniture is stained and not very comfortable, the floors and carpet are filthy, the rug in the living room was curled and a constant tripping hazard. They give you one towel per person, no hand towels in any of the bathrooms except for the one right inside for the pool folks. The neighborhood is full of large VRBOs and everyone has a pool and jacuzzi (not a hot tub unless you turn on the jets and wait a while, I did pay extra for the pool to be heated), and everyone plays their music full blast until all hours. Do not park on the street they will tow. Received conflicting information about parking. You can park 5 regular size vehicles at the house and their is additional gravel parking, first come first server, by the communal pool. Must go through the gate to get it, for some reason they give you a gate code that does nothing. Gate guards were nice and constantly reminding you not to park on street. They are apparently there 24 hours a day. Upstairs bedrooms were spacious, some had dressers, some did not. The queen rooms with two beds and the kids bunk bed room did not have a dresser. Had hot water to shower, not so much to wash your hands. Showers were clean but the carpet upstairs was dirty and stained as well as the couch upstairs. Wear shoes in the house.

Just Ok!!

David is very nice & responsive, but I had several issues.The home is comfortable, but definitely not a “NEW” luxury home as the listing suggested. The house and the neighborhood is very dated. There was garbage overflowing on the front porch when I arrived. Embarrassed that my guests were greeted with garbage, but was told they only collect one time a day & because the cleaners had just left it wouldnt be collected until the next day. In those cases I think the owner should make provisions for the cleaners to hall the garbage away...pay a little extra so your new guests aren't greeted with other's trash. The house was cleaned but obviously rushed...we had to reclean a couple of bathrooms that were causing an odor.Parking is very limited.. the house has 14 bedrooms but can only accommodate 4 cars....there is no parking allowed on the street. We were told any cars that did not fit on the driveway could park at pool area, however there were no spaces available there...one of our cars was booted...the tow driver said he rang the bell before booting but the house doorbell did not work so we didn't hear him. My guest had to stay at a hotel because there was nowhere in the entire community to park. The house is comfortable.. the beds slept well & David responded timely, but I wont be renting this house again.

Family Thanksgiving vacation

The house was very lovely. The only thing it had a few minor issues but other than that me and my family enjoy staying here for our family Thanksgiving vacation and we can’t wait to come back again. The rooms were very nice and clean even though the stove had a crack in it. We still made it work for us to cook our Thanksgiving dinner,. and then you had two minor chairs that was already broken but other than that overall I give it a five my family definitely enjoyed the self. It was no complaints there. They love the whole entire house. The only downfall was is no parking like that and I wish they can specify that when you’re booking but overall I really enjoy myself. I give it a five.

Very Disappointed….

The location of the house was nice, but the cleanliness of the house wasn’t. The pool wasn’t clean. The water was cloudy and murky. So my family and I lost 2 days of pool time. The kids were really looking forward to it. Someone finally came out late afternoon the second day of my vacation to clean it. But still had to wait to use it because of the chemicals added. The air was not working downstairs. It was hot!!!! Again, on the second day of my vacation, I had to wait around for HVAC to come and fix it. They didn’t get there until late that evening. I had to reach out to the property manager and have housekeeping come out to mop the floors downstairs and vacuum the stairs because they were dirty. So, I had plans for the second day of my vacation, but could not go because I had to wait around for all these things to get done. I was not very happy about that. There were a couple of broken toilet seats, stained and loose dinning room chairs, noticeably soiled sofas that I covered up with blankets just to sit on. There were more issues, just too many to name, but the property manager was made aware of them. For the amount of money my family and I paid for this house, I was expecting so much more. Definitely didn’t plan to lose a whole day while on my Birthday Vacation for things to get done, that should have already been done. Again, I was very very disappointed.

Great clean property, located near all the parks.

Our stay was great, home was very clean, ample room for everyone, each room has its own bathroom except the bunk beds. Host was great in communication and prompt. Home was well equiped with plenty of towels. One thing that is very important to know, the drivewat fits 5 small vehicles, and this is a 12 bedroom house. You cannot park on the street or will be towed. The gate insteucts tou to park at the clubhouse and if that is full, to park off property at the Waffle House at your risk. Also, there was a lot of police activity there, but then again i stayed during a holdiday. Other than that, this home is a 5

We had a great time at this rental house. But the cleaning crew didn’t not have the house as clean as it should have been. There was trash under the tables in the kitchen and living room and hair all over two of the bathrooms. But we brought our cleaning supplies and got it done. Over all it was a great location close to grocery stores and shopping centers. Definitely would book this home again.

Perfect Place For Large Groups

We had a family get together consisting of people from all over the world and the US. 17-20 People all age groups (mostly adults) the place accommodated all of us nicely. The (2) fridges were a huge bonus when you have a house full of hungry people and so is the oversized countertop in the kitchen area. Most the rooms have their own Bathrooms and this makes life sooo easy when you have multiple families etc... We went in the middle of winter and requested the pool and hot tub to be heated.. It was nice having that option it was a huge hit w the kids and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. You have to let it heat up for a little while, it preserves energy as its suppose to... The place was amazing it had everything we needed from linens to cookware. (2) Laundry areas was a nice feature as there was plenty of laundry to clean w that many people. We had a few questions and the host was quick w answers and responses. If we ever do it again we would definitely utilize this home as it was a smooth process and very accommodating. EVERYONE SAID, "THEY LOVED THE HOUSE!!"

Disappointing

MAJOR BUG PROBLEM!! ANTS WERE EVERYWHERE!!! Even after sending pictures and videos of the ants in masses and bite marks all over my guest's bodies, the owner never responded... so much for concern or customer service. Air didn't keep the house cool enough... It averaged 78 degrees inside... The hot tub was cold... I would NOT stay there again!
