I didn't stay do to a death in my family. I asked for a credit for a future stay since they said the room was non refundable. They basically said oh well thanks for the money. No refund. No credit, no condolences. Based off principal. I will never stay at hilton establishment.

For the price I expected more, the bed wasn’t really comfortable. There were kids/ teenagers everywhere leaving trash all around and it wasn’t quite at all. Tv didn’t have YouTube, no room service and no microwave in room.
