This is not a hotel, it's a long term, weeks to year, housing facility. If they have extra rooms they rent them out to unsuspecting visitors at ridiculously high rates. They have bare bones rooms and it is not considered a safe area. I'm surprised it's a Choice hotel but they've changed the way they do business.

We were unable to get a lightbulb for the bedside lamp. Tried multiple times and front desk person couldn’t find any. Also, there was no hot water for a bath approximately around 9 in the evening till about ten. Had a barely tepid water bath finally…..not very nice.

There is a lot of activity around this parking lot. It seems this establishment caters to low income housing to fill there spaces. I did not feel unsafe but I also did not expect this when I booked on your website. There was a lot of smoking in the front of the building. There was a lot of car activity in the parking lot and there were a few skirmishes in the hallway
