Escape to Black Lake Sandy Shores, a beautiful waterfront retreat in Olympia perfect for families, friends, and outdoor lovers. This charming 3-bedroom beach house estate sits on 3.4 private acres with a natural sandy beach, offering the perfect balance of relaxation, recreation, and Pacific Northwest beauty.

Inside the home, guests will enjoy comfortable sleeping arrangements including one king bed, two queen beds, and a twin bed, making it ideal for families or groups. The home also features three bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for everyone. With both heating and air conditioning, the home stays comfortable year-round.

For guests looking for a truly unique experience, the property also features an optional 4th sleeping space in a rustic treehouse, creating an unforgettable glamping experience under the trees. The treehouse includes a comfortable full-size futon and peaceful views of the surrounding nature. Please note that access is via very steep stairs and there is no bathroom in the treehouse, so it is best suited for adventurous adults or older kids.
