They are not doing routine maintenance to keep the rooms and property up. Fabric was missing off the couch arm, the faucet handle was broken, lights were missing switches to turn them on, holes in the walls BUT worst of all the hot water heater went out while we were and they did not notify anyone until you called the front desk to complain and they would not issue a refund.

Breakfast was nice with lots of choice however we were put in a room with construction dust on the furniture and adhesive on the toilet seat. We were moved the next day to a cleaner room but there wasn't hot water in the room. We were told that both boilers were not working. We also didn't feel safe in the elevator which was being used as a construction elevator. I heard it was a good hotel in the past so hopefully after renovation it will be better.

The property is under construction which I knew and was prepared for. The pool is closed which I wasn’t concerned with. I wanted a bed, a shower, and breakfast in the morning. The shower had nothing but cold water, the room was dirty and had a very strong perfume smell that was nauseating and caused me to open the window all night, and the breakfast was not good. For the price of the room, I expected more. Plus the “service” elevator had a very tower of terror vibe so be warned!

We had a one night stay and it was a decent hotel, but it's undergoing a remodel so there was construction happening on our floor and some things weren't quite done yet. The heater/AC in the window didn't work and no vent fan in the bathroom. The most disappointing part was the pool was closed, which Hotels.com didn't mention. My kids were really looking forward to the pool. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good, though. Once the construction ends and the pools reopens it'll be a pretty nice place.

Check in was odd. Key machine was reportedly down and we were expected to use the staff to let us in. No mention that the pool was closed for several days. Charged twice for the room by mistake. Housekeeping never came by in our 3 night / 2 day stay. I did get a key, fresh linens and a refund of the extra charge when I spoke up. Room was okay and we were able to sleep 3 comfortably in our two bedroom suite.

We discovered there was about 2 inches of water covering the floor of our bathroom and then unable to be transferred rooms because the other rooms were also in terrible condition. The staff member at the front desk was kind and helpful, however, it is abundantly clear this place is run by terrible management. Additionally, a majority of the hotel is under construction and the pool/spa was broken.

I can't understand a remodeled room with old furni

I don't understand how they can keep this furniture in a remodeled room with brand-new carpet, bathroom, and wallpaper, but the furniture is all bid up. Please take a look at the attached pictures, and you can tell me.
