Nestled in amongst large Fir and Maple trees, it affords picturesque peekaboo Bud Bay water views. Come experience the South Puget Sound from this wonderful gem of an apartment!
The space
The apartment has a spacious primary bedroom, a full bathroom with a laundry and a kitchen/dining room/living area. Complete with a fold-out sofa, Wi-Fi, TV and work station area. This fresh space as plenty of parking in a private entrance.

Our apartment is located 1.5 miles north of down town and about 2 miles from I5. Easy to find and to get to from! On Bike-friendly East Bay Drive Road.

This property is a gem! The location was perfect; walking distance to local parks and the bay, and minutes from downtown Olympia. The rental was clean and well kept with an abundance of storage for clothing and personal items. We really appreciated the washer and dryer and the kitchen area complete with cookware and utensils. The owner responded quickly to any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend!
