The space
House is 2200 square feet with all four bedrooms upstairs. Primary bedroom has full bath with double sinks and large walk-in shower. Second full bath upstairs another half bathroom downstairs. Back yard is fenced and backs up to a green belt. Two living rooms downstairs each with large Tv. Living room 1 has twin leather recliners, living room 2 has large comfy couch. Kitchen has been fully remodeled. New carpet and flooring throughout house. House is kept immaculately clean and is surrounded by trees. Nestled in a quiet safe neighborhood minutes from I-5. LBA park is within walking distance and has walking trails, tennis courts baseball fields playground. Backyard patio is huge, lighted and covered so you can sit by the fire even during Pacific Northwest rainy evenings. Outdoor barbecue is also supplied.

Property was clean, organized, well-stocked and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a work trip!

This house provided excellent lodging for my colleagues and I on a work trip. A lovely house in a beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of space for multiple people to work, chat, and eat throughout the day. And the communication was great too. We’ll definitely use it again if we need a space near the Capitol!
