The place is magical transformative to Victorian area . My room was lovely and great size with bathroom included very comfortable bed and sheet and black out curtains Tea and coffee available and breakfast was out of this wou delicious with lovely presentation Staff very warm , welcoming and helpful And accommodating!! We had a very comfortable stay, the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the garden and river access. It was an easy walk to the beach. We found the common areas inside very quaint, it felt like an olde worlde Grandmas house.

Was very brief overnight stay during a business conference. Very clean, nice fluffy towels, cute room. Due to early checkout, I was not able to experience the breakfast, so the staff gave me a nice little take out package.
