My two girlfriends and I take a yearly trip to Ogunquit and have been staying at the Ogunquit Tides due to it having two bedrooms and a sofabed, good price and also close to downtown. They also have a beautiful outdoor pool, indoor pool, continental breakfast and you can actually walk to the beach at low tide. Great place for the value. Staff helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and spacious, the balcony with chairs was very nice, with a view of the river on the end of the property. The staff was very kind and courteous, the continental breakfast was very good, with excellent coffee. We enjoyed when we rented a tandem kayak and got across the river to the sand dune, then to the lovely sandy beach. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Ogunquit.

We recently stayed a night at the Ogunquit Tides. The property was clean and the staff friendly. It was a little outdated but the simple complimentary breakfast was nice. I wish the pool had longer hours. Otherwise a hidden gem!

Overall it was good. We spent one night and the location and amenities were good. It is a good no frills place to get some rest, easy access to local places, clean, and some watercraft to rent as well. The kitchen is a great add for convenience but didnt stay long enough to use.

We have stayed at this hotel often and will keep coming back. The amount of space the rooms offer for the price is incredible. Our son ran in the Maine Coast Marathon and we were allowed to return to our room for him to shower even though it was well past check-out time. Staff was wonderful. We will be back!
