Canadian Family of 4; 2 kids aged 13 and 11. Superior room, 2 doubles, balcony and ocean view. 10th floor was awesome for a view of the resort and ocean and town; not sure I would want to be lower if a good view is important. Room was clean, comfortable, and the size was expected. Big shower, with a line for hanging wet suits/clothing. Chi hairdryer and flat iron provided. You can ask for your sheets to be changed through the app, otherwise they do a room refresh and make beds as is; option felt better environmentally. The app was great for requesting towels, and water. 24 Room Service! So great. The ice cream sandwich, jerk chicken club, and sweet buns and coffee were a few standouts. The staff at the Boulangerie made every morning so happy. My iced coffees were off each and every hook. The Palace staff was amazing. Disregard the reviews that say otherwise- people have off days, and grace needs to be given. The people in Jamaica are the kindest I have met. We felt super safe giving our kids appropriate freedoms around the resort, and felt equally safe travelling on foot outside of the resort exploring the nearby neighbourhood. Be sure to practise saying 'No THANK YOU' confidently in the mirror for at least a week before you go, so that you do not end up with alllllll of the trinkets and gifts from the well intentioned people making a living selling their goods:) Moon Palace, we love you. Ya mon <3

The property was clean. My family and I were warmly greeted by the bellman. The property is clean and mostly well kept. They had enough restaurants to have a variety of options. The spa experience was wonderful and my courtier Tanaania was awesome. However, my husband did a pedicure it was poorly done. The next day his feet look so bad you couldn't say he had a pedicure done. Most of the VIP perks wasn't available but overall it was a good experience. I would recommend to visit this hotel and would still give them a second visit

I loved the food and the service. All the people were absolutely terrific and friendly. The not-so-good: it wasn't the cleanest. They try to upsell you at check-in and also at the checkout! That was a first. The most disappointing was the kids club. It opened at 10 and you had to check out your child from noon to 1. So you sat at the pool just checking your watch. And my child could not be convinced to go back after 1. So my husband and I got two hours to ourselves a day. Please consider extending the hours of the kids club. Also the beach was small and clearly artificial.

Loved this resort. It’s very clean and modern. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Staff was very nice. The food was amazing. Even the buffet food was really good. I would definitely come back and check out their other resorts.
