First I need to say, the staff were wonderful! We didn’t have any issues with the staff, they were friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The resort itself gave bad vibes, food was horrible, we had a cockroach run across our table while eating breakfast. Every single morning, like clock work, 6am the banging started. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and the water would change from hot to cold out of nowhere. Couldn’t wait to go home!

Breathtaking sights all around. The food and drink selection was wide and good. The staff was helpful and kind. The entertainment was not all that though.

Smoking needs to be contained - there are policies and they are not being upheld. I choose not to smoke, but on your property, I am exposed to a lot of second hand smoking which includes marijuana. Tipping is an expectation not earned - I love jelly coconuts and had to refrain from getting them because I was explicitly told I am to tip. I refuse to be forced into tipping if I do not want to. The food is sub-par except the dessert chefs are doing an excellent job.

Clean room clean hotel and great food and beach. Had a very good time even though they had the hurricane Melissa this hotel was not affected. The nightly entertainment was great too

Staff and services -phenomenal. Food often not fully cooked and very salty. Concern that there is not enough access/escape points at hotel in case of an emergency. The hotel has 900+ rooms and evacuation would be difficult This is truly a five star hotel based on staff, services and entertainment provided.

Black spots on chair. Nice restaurants booked out (we were a family of 2 kids 2 adults so maybe thats it). Buffet food good and variety excellent but flies were alot , some seen landing on food . There were alot in eating area outside. Pans holding dirty plates all over hotel to help guests attracted alot of bees. Husband said precheck-in didn't work.

In spite of Hurricane Melissa, everyone was in good spirits and very courteous. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the professionalism was incredibly high—truly a joyful atmosphere.
