I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was absolutely delicious with a good variety, and the beach and pool areas were both beautiful and well-maintained. Everything was clean and inviting, and the entertainment team did a fantastic job—both for the kids and the adults. They were energetic, engaging, and truly made a difference in our stay. However, the experience was unfortunately marred by the attitude of the staff in the restaurants and bars. Many of them came across as unpolite and even rude at times, which really took away from the overall atmosphere. Friendly service can make such a difference, and I felt that aspect was seriously lacking. If the service staff were more welcoming and professional, this place could easily be a top-tier destination. With some improvements in hospitality, I would definitely consider returning.

Although the food was great, the resort itself needs a major upgrade. Our room was not clean upon arrival with stains on the curtains and mold on the blackout curtains, holes in the lamp shade, hair still on the bottle in the restroom, and an elevator that seemed to be on its last leg. There were a variety of food selections and no complaints with that.The walls were super thin as we could hear everything outside our room and every time someone slammed their door. The staff were friendly and helpful but again, the resort needs a makeover as the pictures did not match up with reality.

I had Stayed at Bahia Principe in Punta Cana and was very impressed so I booked with same company in Jamaica. The rooms were not what they show in the pictures, We stayed 4 nights and couldnt get any reservations to any of the restaurants, not sure why they asked us to reserve at check in and they said everything is booked, The beds were very uncomfortable and safe never worked, called front desk everyday and they kept saying someone is on their way, Very disappointed

What I like was the room, it was a sea view and I had a centre view of the property from the balcony. What I didn’t like was the air conditioning was not efficient enough to cool the room and that was after a tech came to fix it. Also the walking paths are in desperate need of ceiling fans all you saw were people sweating because the property was open and there weren’t enough ceiling fans in the walkway and also getting to the rooms. I made some requests that the conditioner and body wash despenser were broken and no one fixed them and I only received one small hand soap. The food was good but you go to Jamaica for the food as well and there wasn’t enough authentic food to equal the option for pasta.

first, when I get there the room that they gave me I find roach after they change my room they gave me a room with no AC. I have a miserable time on my honeymoon. The food was horrible cause they do not prepared food for vegetarian and me and my husband does not eat meat. It’s the worst time for my honeymoon. I was miserable was not recommended.

Customer service is the worst one I have ever had. I have been to a lot of resorts. It took them 2 days to bring us a blanket for my son. I asked for birthday banner. Never arrived. Last day of a check up. We asked to have help with bags. Called customer service. They never showed up. We had to carry our bags through the whole resor6.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THERE ARE ROACHES. FOLLOWED BY RUDE STAFF. They run out of liquor, ice, food, etc They don’t provide room service or cleaning rooms unless you call. The bathrooms are half broken I had to wait 3 hours just to get someone to Fix my bathroom. They make up rules along the way. AND FOR THE VERY WORST Expedia does nothing to help this matter. EXPEDIA IS THE WORST.

Check-in was easy and fast. The lobby could use a door so cold air can be filtered in, because it is hot in the lobby. The room was great. It was my birthday, and I did not get a banner or anything special for it. Housekeeping was great. The Italian restaurant's food was okay, but could have been better. The waiter was fine. The Hibachi was not good and seemed to be lacking basic stuff for it. The pool was great and so was the pool bar. For the most part, people were great. The Jerk chicken hut and the round market food wasnt great at all. I stuck to Nyham after eating at both. Over all good experience, but will probably go somewhere else in the future.

It needs better parking, excelent cleaning staff. Guest servies needs improvement. Had a male few nights ago vety rude.expected much more for cost. Could not book any of the restraunts online at all or activies. Had to get guest services which did it first first few days. Place very clean.

The service was extremely poor especially from guests services of all places. They were not helpful and very rude. I had a disabled family member with me on my stay and called quest services one night my family member was feeling sick to request room service after I was told at the buffet that I am not allowed to pack a plate to take with me to the room. I was advised to called guests service to request room services. I was told by guests services that they wou have to write a email and they don’t know when they would get a reply so that I could order room service. I explain that the person was elderly and disabled and have not have anything to eat since left the airport and arrived at the resort. I explained what I was told by a staff member at the buffet. She said I should have ask for the manager because that staff member must be new . I tried to further explain to get some assistance and she hung up in my ear. I called back and got a different employee and ask to speak to a manager. This employee refuse to get a manager on the phone. The employee refused to get a manager on the phone but she however ask me what the issue was. She was a little better and assisted me in a matter of minutes. I had many more instances over my stay so I just count don’t my stay as I was wavy to leave
