We had a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing the food was great. The rooms do need some renovation however they are renovating the grand side of the hotel which will be state of the art when complete. The luxury side is gorgeous!

Our room was great, staff everywhere were amazing. There was some disrepair near our room, the elevator wasn’t working the whole time we were here, and the railing by the back steps was loose. My husband has mobility issues and that was inconvenient.

We were only able to get a single restaurant reservation the entire week bc of how booked they were. I would have like to know this prior. We ate at the buffet every meal and the food was not great. The facilities and rooms were all great. Some staff were amazing and some were grumpy but that’s expected anywhere. I probably would not choose to stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again. The staff is great. Truck noise from the highway behind the hotel was annoying but not enough to keep us away in the future.

This property is beautiful. The staff is friendly, lots of food options at the buffet and 5 restaurants to choose from if buffet isn’t your style. You do have to make reservations for the restaurants but it’s part of the all inclusive package so unless you’re order special drinks you wallet isn’t needed 😊. The only downside is that it’s about 1 hr drive from the Montego Bay airport and since I booked my trip inside of the 5 day window I couldn’t arrange an airport transfer with the property. It cost $100us to take a taxi to the property but I found out after a shuttle is an option that may not have cost as much. Over all it was a great stay and my kid is already planning to return next year and I’m ok with that 😊

It was beautiful property surrounded with a great beach. It had a lot of restaurants to choose from and great buffet. They could do better on service not in term of hospitality but in terms of increasing the number to provide faster service. Most staff was brilliant and welcoming. We had and amazing time.

Was injured on the property due to negligence. Staff was very callous, borderline incompetent. Gave vague answers and expected a paying guest to self resolve issue (needed stitches) at own expense which drastically impacted my vacation negatively. This had been a favorite resort but being discarded like that has soured me. Plus, village used to have a nightclub and theme bars which has disappeared. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
