Loved everything. The ONLY complaint was that the water heater storage is small. We had a few lukewarm and chilly showers (it is solar powere and wasn't extremely hot outside)

"No Rest No TV"

There was absolutely no communication after the booking this property. For 3 days we called, Whatsapp, and Messaged with no communication. So did Hotels.com...1 hour after check-in after 4pm we received a call letting us know they were busy with other check-ins and we can go directly to the property as instructions were left at the gate. When we got to the gate, they said no instructions were left. We called the manager and waited 20 minutes for her to call us back. Finally after getting through the gate we received wrong directions and drovr around aimlessly until the manager called us back and gave us the correct directions. The property was clean, however the TV did not work at all. The manager said she has no idea why it doesn't work. So we went to our function and arrived back to the property. When we tried to go to bed, the pillows hard as a rock. We told the manager and explained that we have had no sleep for 2 nights. With No Rest we bearly made it back to Kingston.

Fantastic experience and Jackie is a good host...

Jackie was so warm and inviting. She made our two kids feel at home. We stayed in the front villa. It is clear Jackie enjoy what she is doing and is doing it well. We will definitely stay here again!

Jackie has a nice place pretty much right outside of town center. Taxi drivers respond relatively quickly which is pretty convenient. The place is just like the photos. The bathroom is very nice, but you will need to buy your own toiletries after the first roll in each bathroom. All in all its good place to stay if you're looking for a quick get away.

Home away from home and Jackie is the best

The location was perfect the staff was friendly. The villa was big and modern and it had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool. It would be nice if the pool was closer but I gets a short walk is not such a huge deal. Thanks for the lovely experience. 3 days was not long enough.

Its a very nice villa for the budget...

Jackie is really kind and helpful. Perfect if you want to spend a couple of days near the attractions and you don't have high budget but want creature comforts.

Warm and welcoming host, highly recommended

Very easy to deal with and accommodating management team. My brother was very disappointed with his rental and the host just finish an expansion. The new unit which is on the same property did not yet have the ac installed. My brother really wanted it because we would be int he same please. They discounted it 50% and rescheduled the ac install and allow my brother to have stay there. I really appreciate the lever of service.
