The room did not match the reservation description. I booked a partial ocean-front view but was assigned a room overlooking the indoor pool atrium and parking garage, which was disappointing. When I raised the issue, management was unhelpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and the restaurant was excellent. I would consider staying again, but I strongly recommend confirming your room details in advance.

The room was good but I wish we had a corner room bcs mine was facing the pool and noise all night until it closes. One of the bed sheets had spots of sticky stuff. The towels were not spottless as well. The front desk were very friendly . Overall, my stay was nice.
