The building is well equipped with multiple staircases, elevators and handicap ramps, an outside shower and parking for one car. Some units are NON-SMOKING. This building books very quickly-reserve early or lose your spot!

Apartment was perfect for our family of 3. Great location right on the beach and Boardwalk:

We loved unit 406. It was clean, well decorated, had everything we needed and it was in a perfect location for us. We will be back!
