We had a smoke alarm in our room that went off every five minutes. It took hotel maintenance over 30 minutes to come “fix it” he just ripped it off the wall and left. Old, outdated, but beachfront and on the boardwalk

This place is absolutely fabulous! We had two adults and my teenage daughter. My daughter had her own room and bathroom. Big plus!! This place was clean and no smells! Don’t be deceived by the age of the place because it is very comfy cozy and CLEAN!! We want to stay here again.

Fun Family trip

The hotel is great! The staff is super-friendly! My family & I stayed here for a week & we loved it. The only little complaint I had is that the mattress on the bed my wife & I slept on must had been very old. There was no give in the middle & we felt like we were falling into each other LOL!

This was a little hidden gem in the middle of the Ocean City boardwalk. It is clean, friendly, very good location. I would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant and quaint

The hotel has a great location on the boardwalk. We could easily walk either end and find great restaurants. It is an older hotel so don’t expect all the modern amenities as the chain hotels. It was a nice place otherwise.

Furniture was out dated and very grossly used stained. Was not very clean. Ants coming out of the sink. Old food on the floors as if it wasnt vacummed. Stained carpets and visible black dirt and dust. The location was extreme convenient. Right on the boardwalk and steps to the beach.

Mixed review on stay.

The hotel is right on the boardwalk. Great spot to spend the day at the beach and boardwalk and just sleep in your room. We were a late reservation so our room was one of the last available. Very cramped kitchen daybed combo. Two seat kitchenette is also in the kitchen area. Other rooms may be different, however our room had one tv and that was located in the kitchen daybed area. No tv in the bedroom. The bedroom and bath were fine and a deck was right off the bedroom. No drapes or blinds on the foot windows but those bamboo rollup type windows covers. No private at all. You can see right through. I had to cover the windows with our bath towels as our room other balconies. That being said, we used our room to sleep after a day and evening enjoying Ocean City. A cafe in the lobby served excel coffee and desserts and was open until 10pm. We ended up staying an extra night and the staff was very accommodating. We're planning on booking another stay hoping to get a better room.

Exceeded my expectations!! Even tho the structure is old the place was clean, quiet and spacious. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything ypu need to make a meal, we even had a balcony with a view of the water. It was 100 degrees outside when we arrived and really appreciated the ac already being on and the room feeling nice and cold. There are numerous places to eat and shop right outside the hotel. The beach was right across from the hotel. The staff was friendly and there really is nothing i could complain about. Would definitely stay here again.
