Good service! Nice room and beds. Even let us check in early! Private pools not so secure had some creeps following my daughters (9/18) that weren’t guest at the hotel. Once confronted they dropped off.

We’ll be back!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Staff was wonderful, the lobby was constantly being cleaned from beach goers and whatnot. It was great having two pool options that were both beachfront, too!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. This is our third trip to Ocean City but our first stay at this hotel and on the boardwalk. I was nervous about the boardwalk but we had no issues. It’s not the crazy busy end. We were on the third floor and never had any issues with noise. The breakfast was delicious and the waiter even threw in free waffles for my son. The staff was friendly and helpful. We have no complaints, even my 7 year old was impressed. We look forward to returning.

Overall experience was Okay. Staff was great. Property needs a renovation though. Nothing special about it other than i think the location is good. I expected to be better as it shows on their advertisement. Im sure you can find cheaper for the same quality. I think i over paid for the room. The in-house restaurant was just okay, nothing special either. Just basic.

My only criticism is that the hotel needs to be more accessible and accommodating to people and seniors with disabilities and have trouble walking. The doors to enter and exit the hotel need to be automatic and there should be bars on the walls of the shower to hold onto.

Splurged and went with Ocean View. Was very nice. Room was clean and there was plenty of room, with a sofa bed in one area. That made a huge difference. Clean, beds comfortable, etc.

Excellent pool area for children with 2 slides, lazy river, fountains and 2 lifeguards. An additional pool for adults with a bar that serves drinks and food to both pools. Loved being right on the boardwalk. The suite was fantastic offering extra space, kitchenette, table and chairs and sofa and chair, a jetted tub in the bath. My 3 year old grandchild LOVED her stay and we adults did too. First time at Ocean City and Id go back and stay here again. Only con was PARKING was limited on their premises.

My room was perfect. The bed, pillows and sheets were great. Full size refrigerator. An extra bonus was having two washers and dryers on the floor for free!
