The hotel it self is fine. If i was only rating the rooms, pool and their restaurants food I'd give a 3 to 5 when it comes to stars. My issue is with the staff. When i booked the hotel on-line i was supposed to have the ability to pay when i arrived. Because of this i brought my payment in cash unfortunately they decided to chararge me before i arrived and billed my on file card. To make matter first not only wouldn't they cancel the charge and let me pay but the person who charged messed up. They forgot to charge some fees which i had to pay the next day. Even with this i was going to give them a pass. That was until checkout when they tired to charge my breakfast to my room. I paid for breakfast included when i booked and told them this every day. There seems to be a failure when it comes to magament and how they train their staff. I've been going there once a year for 5 years but unfortunately this experience has made me unlikely to return. They could have made this right but chose not to and i told them they'd get a 2 star review and as you can see i kept my word and I am about to cancel my February reservation.
