For the price that I paid. Per night was over $250.00 The hotel room was filthy. A shower room had black mold. Floor was black. We walked across in our bare feet and our feet were black. None of them. The light fixtures work properly. One was even plugged in a wall. TV was poorly mounted. None of the furniture matched. The bed wasn't fastened to the wall so when you sat on it it tipped forward. Very disappointed. But I was only staying there just so I can go to the concert on the boardwalk. That was a place to sleep and shower. But for that price just getting those two things. Isn't worth it. It's more like I should have paid $100 a night for what I got in service in in hotel room quality. I have photos. But it won't let me upload them.

It was cheaper 1200 4 days, 2double beds, fridge, air cnditioner.. no coffee maker, outlets a lil loose, tv not a great connection , picture went out alot but just 5, 6 seconds each time, enough to miss parts..but watchable. Owner nice, bed clean, floor a lil sandy. It w we fine for 2 day concert..oh no alarm clock

I liked that the room had a nice clean looking floor instead of the dingy carpet most places seem to have, however the bathroom looked a little neglected. It was clean enough but looks like it could use some additional upkeep besides a cleaning. Otherwise and overall, the Cabana was a great place to stay for the weekend, not far from the boardwalk at all.

Room was dirty. Had to wear shoes in room or feet were black from dirty floor. Lamps weren't plugged in, had to get extension cord from desk. The hotel manager tried to charge $50 more until i showed the gentleman at the front desk the receipt from Expedia.

This is the perfect place if you’re just looking for somewhere to pass out drunk, which that’s all we needed. But if you’re looking for a place to actually spend time this isn’t it. The toilets are like child toilets if you’re older and have a hard time getting up and down these toilets are going to be an issue for you as they’re like 2 feet toilets. The shower had hair globs on the floor. Sand all in the floor in the room which coming the beach that’s expected. Been to better. But this isn’t a family vacation motel.

Filthy rooms, sheets were not clean, bathrrom was literally falling down, hole under window in the shower went straight outside to alley. There was only 1 socket and the 2 lights were plugged into it. The window a/c in the wall was not completely closed, went straight out to the street. They didnt have staff most of the time, the sign would say open but door locked ,lights on...no one home. no handtowels, didnt have enough wash clothes even after we asked. The bed was horrible. It had a bed, table w 2 chairs, microwave, tv, ac and mini fridge. Nothing else!

The location is close to the boardwalk and an easy 1.5 mile walk to the music festival at the pier. Staff was friendly. There was a small pool but we didn't use it, it didn't seem like it was set up with chairs even though there was water. Fridge, no microwave. Tiny shower but workable. The property is old and run down but clean. Parking was plentiful. The only thing that got on our nerves was only 2 towels (we made due, we didn't ask for more. Maybe they would have provided? ) and since you're near the beach, the floor of the room is dirty and sticks to your feet. Bring house shoes/flip Flips. I'm not saying it was dirty when we first checked in but it gets dirty in 30 seconds no matter what you do. Overall, happy with the stay. Would stay here again.

Myself and my fiancé were very shocked at how they checked you in. First off, we called cabana hotel before booking, as we do for all hotels to see if rooms were available and if we could check in earlier than 3 pm and she said yes if they’re available. When we got to the hotel, the receptionist there was nice and checked with management to see about us checking in earlier but they said no check in is at 3pm. We come back at 3:30 pm and no one greets us, there are 4 other people waiting to be checked in because someone wanted to be moved into another room. Okay, I understand being short staffed but at least greet the people coming in and check them in if the people in front of you are wanting adjustments. That’s customer service. We waited 50 minutes and then got checked in and the cleaning lady was still mopping our floors. We were fortunate that the location was great and room was clean but the service was terrible.
