These delightful wood-frame, walk-up units are conveniently located Oceanside on Coastal Highway only a short walk from the beach. Two buildings comprise this well planned project and each unit provides two car off-street parking spaces. (Some spaces are under the buildings-height restrictions exist!) Each unit is well equipped with full kitchen, washer, dryer, central air, and some units have courtesy DVD players and free WIFI internet. All units are NON-SMOKING! Dining and convenience stores withing walking distance.
