Our Beach Blessing is a convenient, stylish and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom family friendly condo with fully equip kitchen. It offers you the best of both worlds a quiet North Ocean City, MD and Fenwick Island DE with a great view of the sunset from the balcony. With shopping, dining and fun activities just steps away and walking distance to the beach, you will have everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25 years old. Guest under 25 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We don’t rent teenagers and parties not allowed. THINGS TO KNOW:
Maximum Occupancy - 8 Check in 3pm Check out 10am Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise level which exceed those established by the Department of Environment of the State of Maryland COMAR 26.02.03.02 or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances which are criminal offenses if violated. This unit is NON SMOKING.

Bedroom 2 - Trundle bed 1 full and 2 twin perfect for kids plus Queen airbed. Living Room - pull out full bed *. We asks that guest will bring their own toiletries, linens, blankets, sheets and towels. I can give you some recommendations where to rent them if you don’t want to bring it with you.

Outdoor Amenities:
Swimming pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Deck - front and back deck. Front deck has the view of the beautiful sunset while the back deck has the view of the outdoor pool.
Outdoor shower - available. Please rinse off after your beach trip and don’t bring sand into the house. This is an awesome walking area. Walking distance to the beach and bay. So many walking distance restaurants, shopping and water sports activities such as biking, kayaking, boating, fishing and there is so much to do mini golf, water park, arcade, laser tag, go-cart. Cozy Place in Walking Distance of the Beach!.

Had a fantastic stay at this condo. The neighbors who owned their condo were very friendly. Love that this place was within walking distance to the beach and activities for kids to enjoy yet where its at its quite peaceful and quiet! Highly recommended and will look into staying here again.

Vacation review

Hazel was very easy and attentive to communication. The area was quiet and about 5-7minutes walk from beach. Linen and towels were provided however there are no blankets or comforters so just sheets if you get cold. I was concerned that the neighbors told us they had the code to get into the room for emergencies. The rest of the stay was nice.

The condo was set up beautifully and Very clean. The location is perfect. It's exactly what you need after a long day at the beach, boardwalk or the amusement park. My only take away is that it's on the top floor and there lots of steps to climb. Especially when you're carrying things. If you're physically challenged this isn't the condo for you. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Great Area

I booked this property for the weekend of Ocean's Calling. The location was very safe and we felt at home. Hazel was very responsive when I reached out. I would recommend her home to anyone wanting to get away without being in the middle of all the crowds.

Quiet spot for a quick getaway

Location is a little out of the way but perfect for a quiet getaway. Easy acess to everything in OC and surrounding area. Only (minor) issue was a miscommunication about the linens that were available in the unit as different messages said different things about what was onsite. We brought our own so everything was fine, but I think the listing needs to be updated to be clearer about what was (and was not) in the unit. Overall though we were very happy with our stay.

Yearly Family Vacation
