The staff were welcoming and the hotel was fine for a one night stay. I'm usually not bothered by people moving around in other rooms but I could hear literally everything going on in other rooms which disturbed my sleep. There's also a large multi storey car park behind the hotel where people were doing donuts and had music playing loudly so that was also disturbing.

Comfy bed, lots of nice little extras which make it a very civilised evening. I.e. cute tiny bottle of sleep mist + good hot chocolate. Excellent breakfast, including delicious great quality sausage. Location was very convenient for the town centre. 15 mins walk to the arena. No issue with noisy neighbours even though it was Saturday night.

Very helpful receptionist on arrival. Clean and comfortable room - a Crash Pad - perfect for a one night stay. Good breakfast selection. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nottingham.

The room was a nice size and clean. We checked in rather late at night, but the front desk greeted us kindly and was very accommodating. While we had a problem with our shower being too hot (scalding) they immediately responded to remedy it and switched our room. They also stored our luggage for free. The entry area and bar area are very inviting and beautiful.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Although the kettle was to far away from a plug socket. Maybe move the try nearer so you don’t have to move the kettle. In the bathroom the toilet roll holders were cheap and falling off the wall. They were also dangerous as they stuck out over the door frame and my sister actually caught herself on it and had cuts on her side which were bleeding. The hotel was very dark, the bar toilets were like walking into a sleazy nightclub as were the lifts. The carpets in the lobby and bar area needed a hoover as there were bits all over it. Definitely not been cleaned that day maybe even longer!

Single night stay at their crash room. Basically a very small room. Not very clear when booking. Staff very pleasant. Constant noise from door open and closing near the lift. My pillows were pretty poor too. Bathroom was nice and clean. So a mixed review to be fair.
