The hotel seemed fine in itself. Unfortunately, there was a loud party going on until midnight - music clearly audible from the room. The party then spilled over (20+ people) into a room a couple of doors down (from 2.30am)...staff eventually dispersed it at seconf/third time of asking. 50% refund agreed

What a lovely hotel the beds were comfortable the staff were very friendly the buffet breakfast provided ample choice and the evening meals were delicious It was beautifully decorated for Xmas and the pool and Spa were an added bonus Will definitely stay there again

The bathroom was really dirty, the shower particularly, the carpet throughout had holes in it and thw bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There was several cobwebs and apiders. Food was slow and not the best quality for the price. The staff was ride and didnt seem to really want to help/serve guests.

Cover photo is deceiving, it's predominantly a worn out red brick building. Not enough staff on duty at time time none on the bar. Rooms are worn out, stained carpet, mouldy bathroom and in one of our 3 rooms no hot water.

Lovely spacious room. Hotel cold but room cosy. Breakfast warm, not hot. Bacon like cardboard. Would have liked a fruit yogurt. Staff appeared busy but ignoring customers at the bar. Lovely location.
