Room was lovely and clean. It was just a bit tired- kitchen units looked like they'd need replacing fairly soon, towel had a hole, tea towel was old. No loo brush. No spare blankets. Could have done with instructions on the microwave/ oven and air con. One lift was broken. Coffee machine wasn't working at breakfast.

Kitchen mixer tap loose, needed to be tightened up. Mattress in room 219 requires replacing. Support gone on middle/top left side(bed saggy and not comfortable). And both sides show obvious dip where guests sitting on bed. Bedside table missing from one side of bed. Evening reception staff were excellent when asked to provide additional pillows.

The room was clean, kitchen was fully equiped, microwave too, ironing board and iron. White Stuff toileteries and hairdryer. We didn't use the parking, though there is a muti-storey Car Park adjacent. Central for city centre, 20min walk to Motorpoint Arena

Pleasant and friendly staff. Right in the city centre, very convenient to explore the city. Property itself is clean, comfortable. The noise from Rock City is unavoidable as it’s literally next door but it’s not bothersome as some reviewers described, it gives an atmosphere/ vibe to the property being bang on in the city centre

Lovely hotel, excellent location just far too hot! Aircon in the room only went down to 19 and even with the window open it was boiling. Everything else was fab and we would stay again. Parking right next door. Comfy bed.
