Poor entryway

Unfortunately the beautiful flagstone at the front entrance cannot handle snow & ice. Although the staff had snowmelt, the flagstone wasn’t having it.

Has gone downhill for sure,Belton needs new hotels

Four out of our seven nights we encountered a cockroach in our room and we came home at night. Never have had this happen before and the many times we have stayed there. Also, the lady that they have running the continental breakfast in the mornings is highly rude and very unprofessional she yells at guests for using the wrong utensil. She watches over your shoulder as you’re putting stuff on your plate and don’t ever go back down there a second time to get something that you forgot or she will literally ask you haven’t already been down here once today…Worst experience ever.

NOT worth $200. Room way too loud. Fridge made odd noises and screeches all night. We could hear the neighbor's persistent cough and loud TV all night. The sheets had some kind of pet hair all over them. The lot was covered in slush and ice. This room should've been $65 at most.

Terrible stay for multiple reasons

Terrible stay. There was mildew in the shower. The bathroom door was scraping the floor. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once!!! I had to go to the reception to get new towels. The breakfast was terrible.
