Overpriced hotel. The moment we walked in the room, the door wouldn’t shut. Had maintenance come to the room and looked at the door and was told the hinges are bad and to “just lift up on the handle at an angle and pick up the door and it will close”. Yeah not impressed at all. For the price I paid I had much higher expectations and was flat out disappointed. Do yourself a favor and stay at the country inn right next door to the park. Half the price and twice as nice.

What a hot mess!!! The day before my son’s birthday they call me stating the water park will be closed the weekend. This was Memorial Day weekend. I was flabbergasted. They had renovations in the pool for about a month. Nowhere in the website stated that they were doing reservations and that they were expecting delays in the waterpark operation. They called last minute at 5 PM stating that the water park is closed on memorial weekend. NEVER will I book here. So rude and unprofessional!

Water park was closed. Has to fight for the credit that was promised us. Room verily loud with kids running amok above us at midnight.

Extremely disappointed in this stay. Water park was shut down. We were told we’d get 50% off our first night stay and a complete refund on the second night if we checked out by noon. We checked out a day early. I have emailed several times and nobody will answer me or discuss the refund that management approved before I checked out. Room was crap.

I would love going to this water park with my kids. Sadly that is not the case today. When I arrived my room was not ready so we got our bands and headed for the water park. No dressing rooms available there’s just bags and bags thrown everywhere on the floor on the benches no where to barely walk. Headed to the bathrooms in the back managed to get the shower room and they were dirty! I mean urine smell and toilet paper everywhere. We get into the lazy river no tubes and over crowded. The floors and walls in the lazy river had drawn blood on every kid lol would think it would be upgraded to something less painful. We get into the
