The hotel was fine for what I needed, which was an overall clean, safe room for a couple of nights. The water backed up in the shower, the baseboard molding in the bathroom was separating from the walls in a few spots, and the through-the-wall heating unit was loud and it was difficult to control the temperature as well. The included breakfast was just barely adequate. Convenient to I-87, restaurants and shops, and Lake George. Again, for what I needed, I was able to deal with the deficiencies for the two days.

The room was decent. Unspectacular, a bit dated but clean. The stairwells and hallways weren't in great shape. I was very happy with the bed and that the A/C and Heating unit worked extremely well.

Overcharged and Unhappy

The hotel charged an additional 150 for incidentals and never refunded my money after my stay. The desk clerks were not very friendly and after I called to complain I was charged again. I now have to go through my bank to have it reconciled.

The continental breakfast was very limited and not many choices. Some hot food like eggs and bacon or sausage would be nice. Danish or muffins of some sorts add a little extra. As for the room, the room was nice and clean.
