We love the park. The room was great as far as the condition it was in food was good. Biggest issue was a noise problem at night trying to sleep the first night there were people running around upstairs above us when I called the front desk it didn’t seem to matter the second night we had even more of an issue with the neighbors next to us having a verbal and physical fight occurring in their room with a lot of screaming in a lot of noise in the middle of the night several calls made to security downstairs. It took over three hours for them to resolve this problem by that it was after 2:30 in the morning and it was disturbing to my grandchildren to hear this. I will say the next morning I did discuss this with the front desk manager, and she was much more attentive and did assure me that they were working on a resolve and I was not the only one who had reported the noise despite the person who I talk to the night before making it sound like it was me they did come through and comped us a night free for the future
