I was surprised upon arrival tha t the hotel didn't really match my expectations for the 200 a night I paid. For my 2 night stay I expected housekeeping to at a minimum refresh the room and provide fresh towels. After a day of shopping and visiting historical sights I was taken aback to find my room exactly as I left it. The walls are very thin as you can hear your neighbor without any problem. Heat in the room consists of a stand alone heater. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Only ‘complaint’ by wife. Carpet was not as clean as she liked. Me? It’s the end of the season in Lake George. Go back mid November and it’ll be spic and span

Beautiful spot, had a lake view! Parking is not great. Staff had a little trouble finding my registration and then after putting in a late check out for us, we were locked out of the room early. But, staff was nice and worked it all out. The view was worth any trouble & the $$$

Great hotel!

The hotel is great! Staff is very friendly and super helpful. It’s a short walk to restaurants, attractions, and town beach. Pool is heated. They projected a movie on the pool fence for kids at night. Super cute!

Loved staying here 2nd year staying. So clean and comfortable beds. Pool area always clean as well as the lake. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Staff were always smiling and always made sure we were comfortable and happy. Will be coming here again :)
