Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Lazy River! This wonderful villa resides on the shores of a serene lake within the gated community of Moody River in North Fort Myers. It is renowned for its resort-style amenities and its proximity to Fort Myers' Riverdistrict with its art galleries, restaurants, vibrant nightlife and early 18th-century buildings! Southwest Florida Airport (RSW) is close by as well as the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island! Private pool PLUS community resort pool and spa, tennis and basketball courts, 24 hour Gym, Pool Billiards in the Club House, and so much more.
Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.
