Staff was wonderful…professional but friendly and welcoming (despite having to work all through Christmas). Pool was great and room was clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the hotel. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay.

Great location, bar/restaurant, pool is great but if you are looking to lay in the sun all day that won’t happen you only have until around 3pm before the sun disappears behind the building. Pool is still cozy and relaxing.

This is our second stay at this hotel. While this time our room had some minor issues with a broken faucet , peeling molding in the bathroom shower and zero bedding for the pull out couch. It didn’t affect the stay and those things are not HUGE concerns . The room was clean and staff was helpful to fix the bedding issue within a reasonable time despite it being extremely busy. We will be making arrangements to stay again in April.
