I always receive a keyless check in option telling me to go straight to the room, no need to go to the front desk. But that’s never true. We always have to go to the front desk and even when we’ve checked in at the front desk and the key option on my phone says to use it it doesn’t work so somethings wrong with the app

The room was large and well equipped. The service was excellent and staff went out of their way to ask if anything was needed. The breakfast buffet was restaurant quality. We travel a great deal for baseball tournaments and events and just changed our next to Home2 Suites Hilton. That says it all!
