We were please with services offered! Breakfast was included. The rooms were clean and spacious. On our last day, staff were closing curtain of breakfast idle at 9:30, instead of 10:00am.

Nice hotel stay for the family

The hotel was beautiful. My family and I took advantage of all amenities offered to us. The fitness room was nice and fully stocked however, it would've been nice if they were cups available to get water from the water dispenser in the room. It was nice to be able to end the day in the pool. I think the pool definitely could do for a drain and a pressure clean as well as it definitely could've been a bit warmer in the cold temperatures that we were there. The room was very clean. The only complaint I could make about the room is the fact that I could not seem to get the heat working as it got in the 40s at night and was very cold. The choices at the breakfast buffet were a nice options. The only thing I think was missing was ketchup for my little one who prefers those with his morning potato wedges. I didn't exactly feel a very warm greeting by the front desk personnel upon arrival. She kind of made a sly comment regarding the $50 holding deposit and my four-year-old who was looking in the direction of the candy near the check-in. I pride myself and raising my children right and it did bother me a bit that she said he looked as if he may possibly sneak back down at night and raid the candy bar. But overall, our stay was nice and I wouldn't mind staying at other Home2suites in the future.

The bellboys and cafe staff were very kind and lovely, but the staff at the front desk in the afternoon were extremely unfriendly. I regret not noting down their name. After finishing my day, I returned to the hotel around 5 PM and tried to open my room door, but it wouldn't unlock. I went to the front desk to exchange the key, but even after the exchange, the door still wouldn't open. I went back to the front desk, and they explained that the door lock needed a battery recharge and said they would send an engineer to my room. After waiting for over 20 minutes and no one showing up, I asked again and was told they’d come soon. I waited longer, but no one came, so I inquired again. This time, they said they had recorded the wrong room number, despite already having confirmed the room number during the name verification process. When I complained, instead of apologizing, they responded with "anyone can make mistakes," which made me feel extremely upset. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing: I found red lipstick stains on the replaced towels, and the replaced water bottles were already opened and filled with used water. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I have no intention of visiting again.
