Hotel is a bit on the dirtier side and needs a bit of updating. One of the elevators is not in the best of working condition. Seen a very large cockroach in the lobby so could use a company to spray. My bathroom sink would not drain. Convienet location close to the court house, walking distance to the waterfront which was nice!

Awesome locations, just a few things to fix.

I enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel and appreciated a few key highlights. The location is excellent, with many major attractions within walking distance. The valet parking service was also a plus — it was efficient, and our car was promptly ready at checkout, which made for a smooth departure. However, there are some areas that could be improved. The presence of garbage cans in the lobby took away from the overall atmosphere. The bed sheets did not stay in place and came off repeatedly, which was inconvenient. In addition, the hallway carpets were uneven, which I found to be a potential safety concern. Overall, while the location and valet service were great, improvements in cleanliness, comfort, and safety would elevate the guest experience.

While we really just need a room without bed bugs, this room will sleep us fine. Nobs are missing,bed frame kicked in- safety rails need tightening- clean enough but long overdue for general repairs.

The staff here are wonderful!! I will definitely stay here again. It is a nice, downtown hotel and again, the best hotel staff I’ve ever met and I’ve traveled extensively. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Also, the ladies in the bistro were equally as wonderful!
