Large apartment of 100m2 in central Nice, 5 min walk from the train station and 10 mins walk from the beach.

There are 5 rooms, with different layouts possible. A living room, with two sofa beds sleeping four in total; a dining room for 10 people, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a last bedroom which can either have two bunk beds sleeping four or two double beds.

The apartment is a beautiful old typical Nice bourgeois building, with a lift. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment, as well as a separate kitchen, bathroom and shower room.

Let this be your base to explore Nice and the Riviera from! You can easily get to Monaco, Antibes, Eze, Menton, and even Paris and Brussels from the train station a few minutes walk away, and there is a fantastic market nearby with great fresh fruit and vegetables, croissants and coffee, and a new foodhall.

We had a good time but it was not the same as online

It's a nice old appartment. We had fun with our group bit unfortunately there was one bed missing and we asked for it in mail.. Last minute option was a matres on the floor but it was bad... There was a lot broken like the kitchen sink, toilet door,... We were a little disappointed because it looked better in the pictures online but ok. Thanks

Un appartement bien situé et confortable

L appartement était confortable , bien equipé et bien situé ( près de la gare) . Les pièces sont climatisées et c est appréciable en été . Un petit bémol: la climatisation d une des chambres ne marchant pas , mes amis ont du transporter les matelas pour dormir dans le salon ( qui lui était également climatisé )

super séjour à nice l'appart était au top ,nous étions 9 et chacun trouvait sa place car il y avait de l'espace je le recommande sans problème
