Great hotel in a great location just off the ‘Place Masséna’, which was very easy to get to via tram 2 from the airport. The welcome was warm and the staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself was very clean and the breakfast was superb, again with the staff being very attentive to your needs!👍 When leaving to come home we needed to to check out before breakfast started but we were presented a take away breakfast bag with coffee👍 Our 1st time to Nice and won’t be out last and when we return will definitely be booking the Best Western Plus Hotel Massena Nice. Could not recommend highly enough.

Very attentive staff in every area of the hotel. Superb breakfast, which varied in some choices each day. Room comfortable and bed exceptional. Enjoyed having a separate toilet but the space was very small, especially for a tall man. Great location for exploring Nice - would definitely use it again.

Convenient Hotel

The hotel receptionists were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were if a decent size. The hotel is situated close enough to beach, old town and trams. The downside was the breakfast, constantly needing to ask for things to be refreshed as it had run out, bread, yoghurt, plates etc most of the food was ok, the 'bacon' left a lot to be desired, cheap packet ham warmed through olis not bacon. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and chewy. Overall the hitel was good, but the breakfast not worth paying extra for.
