Welcome to ORIGAMI DUPLEX is a beautiful studio apartment with a separate sleeping area with a real bed. It is ideally located in the heart of Old Nice, in one of its picturesque alleys, full of the charm of the past. You will be a few minutes walk from the beach and the Place Massena.
The apartment has a modern decoration. The light wood floor, the numerous light fixtures and the touches of color give a cozy atmosphere to rest in all serenity.
The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor, without elevator.
It is not air-conditioned but has a fan.

This was a great place in a very good location. I would stay here again if it were just the apartment. The downsides to this place, though, might outweigh it, but not sure. To get the keys, you have to go to a separate location and get them out of a box, which is a 22-minute walk away from the place. So if you're walking there's that, and if you're ubering you'll need two separate ones. Also, this place was on the fourth floor of very long and steep staircase so it was a trek. The lighting wasn't great, the windows face the neighbors, and only have blackout curtains so either the living space was pretty dark with minimal supplied light, or your neighbors are looking right at you. Lastly, the trash situation was very confusing. It told us we had to walk with our trash to the end of the block with very unclear instructions and walking away from the train station. The instructions were so unclear we never even found what they were talking about and had to walk until we found a public trash and threw it in there. Also, our wifi wasn't working and they weren't being very helpful and had no service since we were traveling internationally.

The key pick up and drop off is about 15-20 minutes away which is kind of annoying with your luggage. But the apartment is good and in a good location. Make sure you are able to do stairs!
