The property is poorly maintained. Rooms are in shambles. The flooring and walls are all rummaged covered up by old rugs. The elevator only 1 was working. The AC Won’t go lower than 72 degrees. The bedding is for children. They try to push together to twin beds to call it a suitable bedding for two adults.

The hotel is well situated and clean. The staff are really excellent and helpful-thank you to all of them. The breakfasts were also excellent. The sixth floor room was well situated but the metre wide wall obstructed the view somewhat. Finally a tiny thing-there were a couple of easily rectified areas of black mould in the bathroom/shower area. Having said that the negatives were tiny. We'd very happily stay at the West End Hotel again.

Good location and great breakfast however the water pressure was terrible and you could barely shower since the water was a trickle. Towels were threadbare and the hairdryer was the most inefficient I’ve ever used. Overall a beautiful hotel from the outside but old and dated inside.

Elevators are working like an old ford pick up, one day the one side works the next day the other. Cooler in the room is just for display purposes it doesn’t cool even by European standards and I have been here in this hotel before (the last time was last year).

The property itself was beautiful. That being said, the room we were given was not the photos listed on the website. It felt disingenuous. Unfortunatly, the experience didn't match the high prices. Breakfast was 30 euros and parking was 30 euros a day in their private lot. I understand the location but being taken advantage of is never fun. I wouldn't stay again.

Terrible value

Very dated room and smaller than the room our friends booked for less money at the same hotel! Dirty shag carpets. Not a separate sitting area as advertised. Balcony was so tiny it could only fit one person. Room was not ready upon arrival at 3:10pm. We had to wait 20 more minutes and Wagner we were escorted to the room the cleaning staff were still in the room. Only saving grace is the location and view but not good value. Hairdryer was from the 1950s and barely worked.
