Room condition was terrible, and the smell was awful. because they just painted the door for maintenance.
they assigned the room w/o cleaning perfectly, and the floor was so dirty. i was very annoyed because i have baby.
i called 3 times to the service desk to change the room, but nobody come or call back for checking my status. I've been waiting around an hour.
finally i could change the room when i visit reception again.
regarding the food..
they had cancelled my order 5 times because the food every i ordered was sold out.
there is 2 restaurants, but the same menu.
menus are so boring & monotonous.
workers didn't filled the food, and didn't care well.
it seems worker were not enough for this hotel.
regarding room service or ordering the food in the lobby bar, we had to wait more than 45 minutes.
the only thing i satisfied was short distance between Vinwonders and hotel.
we could visit aquarium 4 times, and fully enjoyed Vinwonders during my trip.
